Green Tea Architects LLP was founded in December 2009 by local architects Anne and Malcolm Dixon with Julia Wyatt. Since arriving at the Tea Factory in Brockley in July 2010, GTA have collaborated with numerous local residents on alterations and enhancements to their current properties. They have also designed extensions/refurbisments to several local Schools and Churches. In addition to their  work in London they have projects as far afield as Manchester, Leeds and Broadstairs. They are currently involved in applying for planning permission for a new Primary school in East London, masterplanning a secondary school, primary school, affordable housing and student housing in North London, and relocating the head offices of a charity in West London. They are delighted to be collaborating with Tea Dance for Little People to create a unique offer for pre-school parents, carers and children in this corner of Brockley. The collaboration represents a continuation of GTA's preferential option for Community enhancing projects  and they wish TDLP every success in their new venture.
